My latest discovery and I have to say, one of the coolest places on the island.

The first time I heard about Grape by the Sea (location here) was here and in the Lonely Planet book.

Having run out of places to take my guests too, I thought this warranted for a proper road trip, something that is almost unheard of in my last few years on the island.

Cyprus is not a huge island and in my 6 years of explorations, I’ve seen quite a bit. It was a breath of fresh air to have a sense of discovery and joy when you thought you’ve seen it all already.

If you fancy a trip here, I have to warn you – it’s quite a trek. I took us close to 2hrs from Peyia/Coral Bay area. Best is if you book it as a whole day road trip and see something on the way, or book the night in Kato Pyrgos and continue exploring the next day.
